Water Damage in Kitchen

In any home you can find numerous pipes throughout multiple areas. Additional pipes means additional sources of leaks or flooding. In this Deerfield Beach home, both the kitchen and bathroom were affected by excessive flooding. The site water damaged the drywall and insulation, mostly to the wall separating the kitchen and bathroom. Drying out just one side of the wall would have not been ideal as bathrooms hold a lot of moisture and would not allow the building materials to dry. Wet, sitting material combined with moisture is a surefire way to invite mold into a home. Our team set to work remove the entire wall's materials leaving only the beams to dry out every inch of both areas.
