Water pipe broke right on Christmas Eve. SERVPRO came right out and got to work. Although the damage was extensive, they came back every day after a drying period to make sure everything was good to go. Thanks Chris and crew for your hard work!

Shockingly good service. Who shows up in 30 minutes these days? SERVPRO’s technicians were superb, knowledgeable, extremely well equipped, cordial, and just a kind of contractor I’d like to do business with in the future. Cannot say enough good things about these people!

Chris and his team moved quickly and professionally. The team even helped some of the students with their heavy items removal from rooms. Due to Chris and staff the water was dried up quickly and damage mitigated. Would absolutely use again.

I had water damage from the apartment above. SERVPRO came immediately. I had a wonderful experience with Jose and Jairo. They came very fast to see the damage from a leaking from the A/C. Measured the humidity in the walls and closet. They brought a lot of equipment to dry the attic, the rooms and the closets.
They also helped me with the claim to the insurance company (I did not know I was covered). I am very satisfied with their service.

I have used SERVPRO several times as have several of my Residents (I run a condominium Association). Debbi and her team at SERVPRO have always been extremely responsive, prompt, thorough and professional, all at fair prices. Water leaks can be disastrous if not dealt with promptly and correctly and SERVPRO of Deerfield has always done a fantastic job. From water damage due to fires to sink backups, this is the company you want to use.

I had a great experience working with this company! When my condo building flooded, SERVPRO was there to help! I wasn’t sure what to do at this point, but they really made the process much easier! Highly recommend!
