HVAC Causes Water Damage to Ceiling
Heating and cooling appliances often break down like any other place can. When HVAC systems are not working it is best to air on the side of caution by ensuring that whatever issue is occurring is not spouting water or causing condensation. Water and mold damage is possible with HVAC systems if there is a clogged condensate drain line, like in these photos. Heating and cooling vents are spread throughout a home, pushing the air it produces to multiple areas. Should an HVAC not incur immediate repair and mold spores have been given the chance to grow, it is possible that air quality diminishes for those inhabiting the home.
