In the months of August and September, Deerfield Beach finds itself right in the middle of peak storm season. The activity in the Atlantic this week is enough to prove that fact. Currently, there are three systems in the Atlantic, two are barreling toward the United States, with Tropical Depression 13 projected to make contact with South Florida.
